Michelle brings over 15 years of expertise in sales and marketing across residential, retirement, and commercial property development. In senior management roles, she has successfully delivered sales and marketing outcomes for Hopper Developments master-planned communities, including Whitianga Waterways, Marsden Cove and Pauanui Waterways.

Her career has included the management of a 100+ room hotel & resort, 230 berth marina, commercial development, large scale events and numerous hospitality venues.
As marketing lead for Hopper Living, she designed and executed strategies that drove strong sales at Anchorage Retirement Village, Maygrove Village and delivered end-to-end campaigns for Huapai Country Club ( a joint venture with Cabra Developments in Auckland).
As Head of Sales & Marketing at Gibbston Valley, Michelle led innovative brand and marketing strategies that fueled growth and market presence. She is known for her authentic and creative approach, under-pinned by data-driven insights, strong relationships and extensive industry experience. Born and bred in Otago, Michelle and her husband are loving being home and having the adventure playground of Wanaka to enjoy.
