Greg brings over 30 years of experience in design, construction, and planning within resort and property development. He started his journey on the west coast of the US working on a variety of projects, including the redevelopment of the Las Vegas strip.
In senior leadership roles he has successfully guided projects from concept through to completion with Millbrook Queenstown, Infinity Group Wanaka and Gibbston Valley Winery & Resort. Greg has a 100% success rate in achieving consents for projects he is leading.
As CEO of Gibbston Valley Queenstown, Greg oversaw major construction upgrades to the winery site, developed the premium Lodge & Spa and secured resort zoning for the development, along with an approved fast-tracked residential village of 900 units.
Renowned for his ability to create a vision, navigate challenges and deliver strategic plans, Greg consistently drives exceptional outcomes in a complex development.
Michelle Kirkpatrick
Director
Michelle brings over 15 years of expertise in sales and marketing across residential, retirement, and commercial property development. In senior management roles, she has successfully delivered sales and marketing outcomes for Hopper Developments master-planned communities, including Whitianga Waterways, Marsden Cove and Pauanui Waterways.
Her career has included the management of a 100+ room hotel & resort, 230 berth marina, commercial development, large scale events and numerous hospitality venues.
As marketing lead for Hopper Living, she designed and executed strategies that drove strong sales at Anchorage Retirement Village, Maygrove Village and delivered end-to-end campaigns for Huapai Country Club ( a joint venture with Cabra Developments in Auckland).
As Head of Sales & Marketing at Gibbston Valley, Michelle led innovative brand and marketing strategies that fueled growth and market presence. She is known for her authentic and creative approach, under-pinned by data-driven insights, strong relationships and extensive industry experience.
